ELIGIBILITY AND ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission to Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Planning for the session 2024 -25 will be made through Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-2024), conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria and reservation.

#Students admitted to Bachelor of Planning will have an option of being admitted toIntegreted Bachelor of Planning and Master of Planning programme.
Note
- 5% seats are reserved for Physically Challenged Persons on horizontal basis, these will be adjusted against the respective reservations for OG, SC, ST and OBC Categories as per provision of PwD reservation.
- Two (2) Seats, i.e. One (1) for Bachelor of Architecture and one (1) for Bachelor of Planning are reserved for wards or dependants of Defence or Paramilitary Personnel killed or permanently disabled in action during war or peacetime operations (Category DS).
Candidate may apply separately to Institute as per Notification on website of SPA, New Delhi/NTA website. - Additional seats, apart from the total indicated above, are allocated for Foreign Nationals (FN - 10 percent), Non Resident Indian (NRI - 3 percent) and Persons of Indian Origion (PIO - 2 percent).
- Two Seats i.e. one each in B. Arch and B. Ping are reserved for Kashmiri Migrants and candidate may apply as per information on
website of the SPA, New Delhi.
FN/ NRI/ PIO/ OCI:
Admission of Foreign National/ Non Resident Indian and Person of Indian Origin is made through DASA. Candidates desirous for admission in Bachelor’s Programme may visit DASA website.
As per COA guidelines, students admitted under B.Arch. Course without clearing COA approved aptitude test in Architecture will not
be eligible for Registration with COA.
